Stickley Factory Tour

and appears to display their entire line	Some of our group gathering for the tour	We had a good turnout, with 30 plus members of RWS attending	The prototype shop has an area for each cabinetmaker
The proto shop is a woodworker's dream...	being large, well layed out and equipped	The tour heads to the manufacturing floor...	passing through the material staging area
Our tour guide, now in Sales, has years of "on the floor" experience	A small part of the millions of board feet used per year	Nothing is wasted, cutoffs are used to heat the building	Stickley uses many computer controlled pieces of equipment
Our tour guide was George Webster	More CNC production equipment	Constructing all faces "quarter sawn" legs	Stickley products marry modern CNC with traditional hand work
