Frank Klausz Workshop

RWS hosted a Frank Klausz Workshop on September 15th and 16th

The two day workshop was held at the Woodcraft Store
Over the two days, Frank would build a 1770's 3 drawer chest
Because of the travel situation, Frank had to drive to Rochester

We had 30 plus attendees at the workshop
Frank starts to prep his stock for the back and sides
A trip across the jointer gets the stock prep'd...
for Frank to do his famous hand cut dovetails by eye

Chuck Rinehart built the model 3 drawer chest for the workshop
Frank had a wealth of stories from his many years in the trade
No layout marks until now, everything was cut by eye
Frank wants his hand work to be evident

Frank still uses this tool box built many years ago
